Sadly the way a person “Thinks” determines and influences their behavior:

Thus, “BELIEF” has nothing to do with right or wrong nor good or bad nor even Truth or Falsity yet so many people with under-developed brains are incapable of comprehending this reality!

A given “chair” may be colored blue but one can deeply believe that that chair is colored “red”. Thus, whether one “believes” that that chair is other than what it is, is actually irrelevant as the truth about that chair (in this case its color being blue) will always remain irrespective of the other persons “belief” that the chair is green.

Leave the domain of “Belief” for religions where there is a “NEED” to believe irrespective of truth and do not utilize “belief” in the domain of “TRUTH” where objectivity, methodology and verification is the arbiter.

Given that this platform is all about the uplift and development of those who have been labelled as “Black” it is our challenge to the community to figure out productive and meaningful ways to prevent in future the development of sub-optimal brains amongst our lot. Thus, the challenge is HOW then can we figure out a way to grow and nurture a new breed of African originated people globally who are devoid of such low-level thought patterns and thus help enhance their thinking capabilities so that they no longer become the very stumbling blocks to their own development.

This is one major stumbling block that both needs acknowledging and facing as it has been the bedrock of WHY so often we have found those who are labelled as “Black” sabotaging their own kind (and selling their souls for trinkets) in various ways contributing vastly to the under-development of their own nations and the fermentation of their own peoples thinking abilities.. Removing this sub-optimal way of thought is a much needed rescue to pave the way for positive and unified development of a people long over due for self-development.

That time has come for Africans to start THINKING-OUTSIDE-THE-BOX and questioning their whole development process for solutions that are practical and meet the needs of the challenges ahead. Designing ROAD SYSTEMS (and any form of system) does not have to be an “ADOPTION/IMITATION” job as with a little bit of creative thinking (and preventing back-handed stabbing/sabotage by ones own) Africans can come up with creative and resourceful ways to produce sturdy road/transport systems. For example the “creator” did not say that “ROADS” must be made from “TARMAC”? That is the systematic legacy of Colonial rule saying that. Africans need to look inward to what is in abundance. For instance SAND is everywhere and in overwhelming abundance. There is nothing wrong with Africans experimenting and coming up with tested designs that can develop road/transportation systems that are mainly dependent on sand as a raw material unlike tarmac that is OIL based (a commodity they systematically have controlled both its development and related tooling.. AFRICANS you are NOT dumb it is just that far too many of you are sitting on your back-sides waiting for Jesus Christ to pop out of heaven and come and do these things for you. Many of you have TIME on your hands all you need to complete the cycle is skills and will power to learn and implement what you may self-learn.

See these things as “challenges” and simply STEP UP to them rather than SHY away from them. Yes, we know that there will be saboteurs who will collude with the west to thwart your efforts but when more of you start THINKING-OUTSIDE-THE-BOX and start actually practicalizing what you test and do then you make it harder for even the colluder’s/minions among your own kind to sabotage things. RISE and RISE to the challenges do not just sit there complaining!! Devise testing methods and learn how to convert raw materials to finished tools as tooling is crucial to the development process so LEARN IT somehow someway!!

Every existing system of governance and all previous systems from the advent of interaction with Europeans that Africa has had has been none other than an “ADOPTION” of foreign matter. That time has come for Africans to do their OWN thinking and designing. It is because many of you have left it to the inherited colonial state apparatus to come up with governance methods for the people. Sadly, if anyone would have carefully read/analyzed their own history and that of the European colonial masters they inherited these systems of governance from it SHOULD have be clear that these systems of governance (irrespective of which “ism” they adopted) are neither for the people or genuinely by the people but rather were designed top down for a minority CONTROL of the “people” and often times systematically repressive/violent and coerce dependency based.

Thus, there is NOTHING African, or genuine for that matter, in these systems as Africans prior to European interaction lived in harmony and peace with each other as the very fact that they got easily (nearly resistant free) colonized buttresses this point as no nation back in those days of bayonet rifles and cannons could swiftly conquer a land mass as humongous as Africa if the people in Africa themselves had long been war-faring mongrels themselves. So any senseless denial argument is baseless as Africa’s colonization was not done with todays’s modern warfare tools but rather it was done virtually as a walk in the park (much of it done even before the maxin machine gun was introduced) with next to no real resistance as the inhabitants themselves were not war-mongering mongrels so resistance was very minimal and conquest pre-assured.

As the YOUNGER GENERATION you need to LEARN from the lessons of those before you and learn your lessons WELL! Those before you were a major part of the problem as many were heavily indoctrinated (education, religion and by a mere “erotic” desire to emulate the “frolic” of their masters before them), heavily mis-educated and ignorant, dubious and compromised (as such even the military had been externally trained to be violent INWARDS and ineffective OUTWARDS as they could not even defend their own countries against the weakest of western nations but could be extremely relied upon to be repressive internally as subtly indoctrinated/brainwashed by their western military trainings and steered thinking to “fear” western external intervention) making it virtually impossible to stand on their own two feet .

You are the younger generation and it is your task to figure out ways for Africa to SELF-DEVELOP without reliance on others. This is not an easy feat but it is a doable feat if you all set your mind to it rather than wasting your time excited about everything thrust down your throats from the western world. as take PRIDE and find DIGNITY in building and maintaining your own development and not simply trying to “purchase” or imitating others. Start right here by thinking critically, in-depth, Outside-the-Box, and objectively about the question asked above:

Why is it that Africa and its peoples repeatedly FAIL to LEARN from their own experiences. The question that comes readily to mind is would any sensible person walk up to a thief and plead to that thief to not STEAL from you? Put in other words, who goes to plead with a man who has no emotions to be “kind” to them? Technocracy is only interested in two things 1) Total control of Raw Materials/land (this is the greatest threat to Africans) and 2) Subjugation and eradication then technical replacement of the “human” in humanity (trans humanism). You have seen it endlessly as it is the same people who have been behind all the woes experienced by those labelled as Black globally as it is still they who are peddling this new Agenda…Do you really want to TRUST them with their historical track record with your fate?

They have no solutions for you or your people as each time any leader questioned their agenda they killed him (case in point Tanzania) or impeached him etc. When you even asked them to stop torturing you during colonial rule they cut off limbs and hands and in other cases they “nudged” your own “compromised/corrupted” leaders to “execute/neutralize” those who questioned their “RESOURCE” grabbing actions like they did to Ken Saro-Wiwa and Winnie Mandela respectively. These so called Technocrats peddling as philanthropists are NOT the group/people that have your humanity in mind as in fact in order to sustain their so-called IDEAL brave new world that they want it needs to sustain only 500 Million people for it to function and EXIST. NOW! do the math’s if they claim there is presently 7.5 Billion people ask yourself how many do they then need to CULL?….You have a brain,…USE IT! Technology can be used for GOOD BUT these eugenics driven technocrats are NOT the ones to use it for good as all they have ever done is use it for EVIL, dehumanization, harm and destruction of humanity as their own history shows you clearly.

Sadly, African leaders simply because many lack a proper Outside-The-Box understanding of technology often fall flat on their face for anything the western world peddles to them. Sadly, many African leaders are in “awe” of technology. Worse still they have around them individuals mentally systematically processed to follow protocols and carry forward the indoctrinated narrative of those behind the creation and steering of Information Technology and as such cannot see through their own IT training and thus they fail to properly align their peoples IT requirements with the reality of their peoples needs. Add to this mix corruption and lobbying as the political/economic systems (Like every WESTERN “.ism” CONCEIVED system) they inherited was by design very corrupt systems that were all riddled with loopholes for corrupt practices from top to bottom for those in the “know” to exploit negatively.

With all this background understanding one has to ask WHY has there not been a SINGLE African leader that could not see through all this DECEPTION and recognize that European descendants CANNOT and DO NOT have solutions for African societies (history clearly shows this) as EVERY so-called governance solution throughout history that Europeans have come up with have been one of VIOLENCE, DESTABILIZATION, SODOMIZATION, CORRUPTION, DEHUMANIZATION, SUBJUGATION, DECEIT, DEPENDENCY, MANIPULATION, COERCION, MURDER etc. so HOW can such a group of people with such a morbid history conjure up SOLUTIONS of governance for AFRICANS? That makes NO SENSE!! The Oppressor providing the solutions for peace for the Oppressed? That makes NO SENSE!

If any group should be the ones to come up with solutions for AFRICA it should be AFRICANS and not those who have historically abused Africa as virtually EVERY other race (with probably the exceptions of the Native Americans and the Aborigines) has participated in the abuse and dehumanization of Africans globally so how on earth can they now come up with solutions that could be beneficial for the African people?

So the astute among you in the community should try to answer this question from a honest and objective standpoint and when you do make sure you know what you are talking about (no regurgitating of text books etc.) and not just answering because you need to talk! and also first check your own educational biases when answering Go for it!!

Ignorance and sheer human stupidity are the hallmarks of African history since interactions with europeans. One has to ask why has there been so many individuals selling their souls and working against their own kind in various ways. The list of negative collaboration to aid and abet the dehumanization, subjugation , sodomization, economic stagnation, under-development of those labelled as black is endless. From the early soul-selling individuals that operated as @agents@ for many clandestine organizations to assist in the slaughtering/sabotage of their own kind as seen in the cases of people such as Malcolm X, Lumumba, Nkrumah, Fred Hampton, Winnie Mandela, Gaddaffi, Saro-wiya, Walter Rodney, Derwin Brown, Rwanda genocide, Dadis Stadium Massacre and rape, and a host of other incidents. Thus, we have to ask where does this under-developed mindset of treating your own kind as valueless come from. Why allow your own forces to be TRAINED and brainwashed by foreign countries as they train them to only be effective in internal use as these same scum-bags and cowards can not stand up in competition to the very western countries that “TRAINED” them to be violent and weaponized them.

There are no “heros” here just Zero’s! So we must ask WHY do our people not invest time to develop their mental capabilities rather than negatively under-developing to the point of where they not only end up hating their own kind and doing violent harm to their own kind but also plunge Africa into a state of stagnated fermentation of decay?

The story of what is today called Africa is really the “Story” of the Conquerors version of Africa. But if we were to honestly look back setting aside our western educational biases and indoctrination/,mis-education we could deduce that Africans existed prior to european contact and did so peacefully (neither slavery or colonization could have been possible if Africans prior to european contact were a “War” mongering people so to say otherwise is nothing short of a distortion of reality). So the real question becomes one of HOW did those pre-european interacting Africans truly live in peace among themselves even though they never saw themselves as a Race ? (bare in mind that “race” itself is a western construct). By us spending brain cell time on these sort of deep dive questions we slowly start to deconstruct the “Construct” that was constructed to both mis-educate us and keep us in mental bondage.

Just because you went to university means nothing when it comes to employment as an employer seeks a return for any work situation that employer may provide. Merely having a university education does not qualify anyone by default employment as employment is more related to skills or meeting the requirements for that exchange of wage for work that the employer needs.

If you do not have “skills” why then do you have an expectation of job employment. More so just because you see a job advertised does not mean millions of others do not see the same job being advertised so there is often competition for that same job. Where an employer has hundreds of candidates to chose from that alone should then even make your expectations non existent.

Only when you have a mindset that is adaptive/flexible to reality will your chances of employment be greater. That said development of a nation needs skills so if you want to contribute to your own peoples development it makes sense that you invest a little time and effort understanding what skills can help both you and your people to develop as getting skills just for wage sake does not in the end benefit you and your peoples development. Presently, there are scores of thousands of highly skilled African people providing work benefit for western companies and barely anything for their own continent so skills have to translate to being used for the benefit of those who are labelled as “Black” globally and NOT for other.

Thus such persons are truly useless to the development efforts of their continent as their skills contribution is actually counter their own peoples development. Yes! I know some of you may go on the defensive denial stance on this reality but that does not change the truth that your skills learned on a high level are useless to the contributions for your own peoples development and thus only benefits the west where you presently contribute those skills. So back to the question: So some one explain WHY should an employer employ you?

With so much intentional orchestrated indoctrination deeply embedded into the academic system that African people inherited from their oppressors one has to ask how can Africa as a society start to roll-back all the layers of mental indoctrination that for centuries has been layered on it:

This has to be done because the existing MINDSET is probably Africa’s biggest stumbling block. If at any point in time you have come into direct contact with the average African supposed scholar you would know that they seem to regurgitate virtually everything they have been taught/spoon-fed and actually know NOTHING by and of themselves which often impedes having decent discussions (the positive) together as you end up having only “debates and/or arguments” (the negative).

The depth and level of penetration that this centuries old brainwashing of the average African mindset has over the way the present day African originated person (be that an African in the mainland or an Afro-American or Afro-caribean etc.) educated in institutions (formulated on western criteria that are genuine African Self-development development content-agnostic) modelling quasi modelling themselves on inherited/”handed down ” constructs for learning behave towards their own kind greatly compounds the task making it not an easy feat. Thus,it will involve deep understanding and visualization that will need to deconstruct layers of human constructs deeply embedded within the mind prior to even putting an educational system design in place. Hopefully, the community can come up with practical step-by-step ways of achieving this.

Sadly, we seem to be the one race that failed to QUESTION the things we INHERITED. The oppressor tells us put a white wig on your head…We say Thank You Massa!! They say, create an economy for tourism…we say Thank you Massa never rationally questioning just accepting every excuse they provide as reasons. They even provide what is slated as “benefits” of us and like handicapped children incapable of our own thought and assessment we say once again…Thank you Massa!

Even 60 years after so called independence we still fail to question the sense in what we do and what we continue to promote from the legacies of our past. The sad thing is it even looks stupid let alone it being stupid! Just as we have asked the women still stuck in colonial second class citizen mindsets to remove their horse tails we ask the so called mis-educated African men in positions of authority and power to look in the mirror and admit their own stupid actions and then take appropriate corrective actions. Take the damn inherited wig OFF! Not only does it make you LOOK stupid it actually reinforces to the OPPRESSOR that you are stupid! don’t hate your own kind for being honest to you simply Look in the MIRROR and THINK-OUTSIDE-THE-BOX that was planted on you as it is that BOX that is stifling you and you in turn stifling YOUR OWN kind.

You can build all the global “Wakanda” cities you want but until ALL the remotest parts of Africa have clean running pipe borne water, proper objective educational institutions, reliable forms of electricity, well thought-out/implemented structured transportation infrastructures, high-speed intranet connected communication systems, decent accommodation, decent walkways, proper caring health systems for ALL, and are governed humanely as well as peacefully and humanely without fear or terror, coercion, censorship we DO NOT consider Africa DEVELOPED.

Our concept/standard of DEVELOPMENT is putting the necessary EFFORT, TIME, OUT-OF-THE-BOX-THINKING and RESOURCES to ensure ALL parts of Africa is equally served with a decent right to life and living. Only then will we rest out hats down and genuinely say “AFRICA HAS DEVELOPED. It is not enough to build “Wakanda” cities of frolic for tourists attractions while the people continue to be deprived of basic decency. The same effort, thought, excitement and resources put into constructing tourist attractions for FROLIC is the same amount of thought, time, excitement and effort needed to genuinely put Africa on the DEVELOPMENT MAP. Simply think beyond your own nose and self-centeredness on this issue and come up with answers to the above question without recourse to regurgitated text-book content as when AFRICA rises YOU rise also.

Due to our centuries long exposure to the dehumanization, subjugation and Controlling efforts of virtually all other races Africa people have been subject to a horde of brainwashing techniques such as education, religion, brutality, fear, terror and direct coercion through debasing political governance and economic strangulation yet somehow we have survived. To this end peeling back the accumulative layers requires a re-evaluation and honest appraisal of our current standing as a people and one of the major stumbling blocks to that has always been our own very inherited (in various ways over the centuries) organized and un-organized forms of education. That time has come for us to deconstruct ALL the constructs that have been systematically imposed on us over the centuries in various ways. Put your brain to work and let us find answers to this particular question as best as we can (remember no regurgitation of text book read stuff…be original in thought).
