Needless to say that far more times than not when the average person hears something they seem to “not” like that very thing is more likely the truth than not. So what triggers the emotional and mental inadequate state of being in a person that follows when they hear that that they are not “wanting” to hear? Thus, how do we groom a younger generation of people to be able to face truth and dynamically address truth where and when needed instead of resorting to burying their heads in the sand ad going int a trance of strong defensive denial? Development of any race needs its people to “THINK” and be capable of facing their reality as you do not go to battle with the army you “wish” you have but rather you go with the army that you have. When you are able to face reality you are then better positioned to plan and structure your realty to give you a better chance of success. So how do we nurture in the future generations a more conducive mindset for both action and thought?

The “money” many go to lengths to obtain is nothing more than part of a value system. Unfortunately this particular monetary system was not something any of our own kind was privileged to participating in its creation thus we have no real input in it. More so its control, circulation and maintenance was constructed with the benefit of its creators in mind. So the ultimate question (one that should have been long asked and solutioned but due to the fact that predecessors merely went “along” and failed to Think Outside The Box on) is “HOW” can we as a people now teamwork to figure out a way to create our own “Monetary System” that genuinely factors our own kind in and benefits us. (When answering this question the worst thing you can do here is to simply regurgitate “text-Books” so please avoid that and simply use your brain and Think-Outside-The-Box in a creative and truly innovative manner).

Value is something “we” as humans place on a thing. In the past as a people we never valued each other nor did we even “value” our creator given resources such as simple things like Mango’s or Pineapples but when the European took that same whole pineapple and then returned a small piece of it back in a tin-can saturated with sugar and water and then slapped a hefty price on it then suddenly we the people all jumped up and down stupidly for joy and bent over backwards to rush and buy that tiny piece of pineapple that was now canned and heavily priced.

The “de-value” we placed on our own whole pineapple was a mental ailment in our own mind and the new “value” we ended up joyfully placing on the imported heavily priced small piece of pineapple saturated with sugar was also another mental ailment within our own minds.

So the more astute of you, tell us, HOW do we go about bringing back in alignment our own distorted “value” mindset and genuinely coming up with innovative ways to now create a new monetary value system for ourselves?

As a side note, do bare in mind when thinking on these sort of questions, that there are forces out there that will do everything and anything to “sabotage” your thoughts and efforts of implementation. So when you think of solutions make sure your thoughts are both detailed and cover all possible scenarios!

That time has come for Africans to start THINKING-OUTSIDE-THE-BOX and questioning their whole development process for solutions that are practical and meet the needs of the challenges ahead. Designing ROAD SYSTEMS (and any form of system) does not have to be an “ADOPTION/IMITATION” job as with a little bit of creative thinking (and preventing back-handed stabbing/sabotage by ones own) Africans can come up with creative and resourceful ways to produce sturdy road/transport systems. For example the “creator” did not say that “ROADS” must be made from “TARMAC”? That is the systematic legacy of Colonial rule saying that. Africans need to look inward to what is in abundance. For instance SAND is everywhere and in overwhelming abundance. There is nothing wrong with Africans experimenting and coming up with tested designs that can develop road/transportation systems that are mainly dependent on sand as a raw material unlike tarmac that is OIL based (a commodity they systematically have controlled both its development and related tooling.. AFRICANS you are NOT dumb it is just that far too many of you are sitting on your back-sides waiting for Jesus Christ to pop out of heaven and come and do these things for you. Many of you have TIME on your hands all you need to complete the cycle is skills and will power to learn and implement what you may self-learn.

See these things as “challenges” and simply STEP UP to them rather than SHY away from them. Yes, we know that there will be saboteurs who will collude with the west to thwart your efforts but when more of you start THINKING-OUTSIDE-THE-BOX and start actually practicalizing what you test and do then you make it harder for even the colluder’s/minions among your own kind to sabotage things. RISE and RISE to the challenges do not just sit there complaining!! Devise testing methods and learn how to convert raw materials to finished tools as tooling is crucial to the development process so LEARN IT somehow someway!!

A much needed understanding of the “How” human constructs are constructed and the “how” they get applied to society in addition to the “who” of the present day constructs that have for so long dominated the global perception of “African originated” people globally and contributed to the stifling of any meaningful African development locally on the continent level or globally as in the Diaspora! If you can help simplify the understanding of such concepts and their real-world applications for the community kindly do so as like always “knowledge” is power and detailed understanding provides the depth of mental fortitude needed to ensure one generation benefits in wisdom and skills from the one before it

Every existing system of governance and all previous systems from the advent of interaction with Europeans that Africa has had has been none other than an “ADOPTION” of foreign matter. That time has come for Africans to do their OWN thinking and designing. It is because many of you have left it to the inherited colonial state apparatus to come up with governance methods for the people. Sadly, if anyone would have carefully read/analyzed their own history and that of the European colonial masters they inherited these systems of governance from it SHOULD have be clear that these systems of governance (irrespective of which “ism” they adopted) are neither for the people or genuinely by the people but rather were designed top down for a minority CONTROL of the “people” and often times systematically repressive/violent and coerce dependency based.

Thus, there is NOTHING African, or genuine for that matter, in these systems as Africans prior to European interaction lived in harmony and peace with each other as the very fact that they got easily (nearly resistant free) colonized buttresses this point as no nation back in those days of bayonet rifles and cannons could swiftly conquer a land mass as humongous as Africa if the people in Africa themselves had long been war-faring mongrels themselves. So any senseless denial argument is baseless as Africa’s colonization was not done with todays’s modern warfare tools but rather it was done virtually as a walk in the park (much of it done even before the maxin machine gun was introduced) with next to no real resistance as the inhabitants themselves were not war-mongering mongrels so resistance was very minimal and conquest pre-assured.

As the YOUNGER GENERATION you need to LEARN from the lessons of those before you and learn your lessons WELL! Those before you were a major part of the problem as many were heavily indoctrinated (education, religion and by a mere “erotic” desire to emulate the “frolic” of their masters before them), heavily mis-educated and ignorant, dubious and compromised (as such even the military had been externally trained to be violent INWARDS and ineffective OUTWARDS as they could not even defend their own countries against the weakest of western nations but could be extremely relied upon to be repressive internally as subtly indoctrinated/brainwashed by their western military trainings and steered thinking to “fear” western external intervention) making it virtually impossible to stand on their own two feet .

You are the younger generation and it is your task to figure out ways for Africa to SELF-DEVELOP without reliance on others. This is not an easy feat but it is a doable feat if you all set your mind to it rather than wasting your time excited about everything thrust down your throats from the western world. as take PRIDE and find DIGNITY in building and maintaining your own development and not simply trying to “purchase” or imitating others. Start right here by thinking critically, in-depth, Outside-the-Box, and objectively about the question asked above:

Each time I see videos like this I wonder how can we genuinely provide a way out for so many that are (often due to the legacies of colonial rule) just having their lives languish in a sea of stagnation and under-development. It may seem comforting to give “hand-outs” but the sad truth is their lives still go on and is and no real change ever occurs. There has to be a better way hopefully those in this community can come up with practical ideas as decades of hand-outs has not helped.

For Development to take place it needs people who have the CAPABILITIES/SKILLS to “fish” (so to speak) and NOT those who are recipients of “fish”. We need to figure out a way to do the one main thing our parents and grand-parents FAILED woefully to do and that is to SKILL the majority of the PEOPLE so that they are self-sufficient.

Sadly, many of our leaders at colonial independence LEFT THE CONTROL and SUPPRESSION infrastructure in place so and many even “strengthened” them belittling the people even more to make them totally subdued to near slavery. We need to REVERSE this trend and eliminate the legacy inherited MINDSET of seeing our own kind as “threats” to be controlled and subjugated and instead see them as ASSETS worth investing time, effort and resources into to get them up to a high standard of both thinking and DOING:

The business of Kings & Queens is SERVITUDE Africans do not want to go down the same path as their COLONIAL MASTERS that subjugated them let us learn form that past/history and actually CHANGE history for the better:

It is easy to write a book, even easier to stand up on a stage with some elongated object between our hands and mouth and sing, dance and clap wantonly about “AFRICA” but it is extremely hard to honestly face our own reality. For decades Africans have sung about Unity, Waffled on about it, Danced for it, Romanticized on it yet it is still an Illusion to be pursued. The starting point to everything and anything is acknowledgement, followed by understanding. If we do not as a people acknowledge that we truly have a problem how then can we move on to the next stage of genuinely trying to understand that problem let alone coming up with solutions to that problem? as a race globally irrespective of what designation you desire to label yourself (African, Afro-American, Black, Mixed race, Mulatto, French Black person, Black Briton, Afro Latino, Blazian, etc.) we need to find a way to do an honest appraisal of our present standing. As if we have no where documented where people can go to better understand their own plight we are just as good as clueless perpetual sitting ducks. There are many amongst you in the community that have skills and wisdom find a way utilizing the digital tools on this platform to put together a meaningful Appraisal of the present state of those labelled as Black. Once that is a practicality, nature, time and effort will take control for others to put to good use that appraisal! Before the very “appraisal” we first need to know HOW to even do one….So for those of you with wisdom lay out the steps here for others that may be struggling with ideas to use as pointers.

THE SYSTEMS AND CONSTRUCTS CALLED APARTHEID, IMMIGRATION, RACE, DIRECT & INDIRECT RULE WERE SYSTEMS OF SUBJUGATION, DEHUMANIZATION AND REPRESSION THAT WERE CONSTRUCTS BY EUROPEANS IMPOSED ON AFRICANS THAT HAD DEVASTATING LEGACIES OF BOTH AN ECONOMIC, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL NATURE TILL DATE. THUS, ONE MUST ASK WHY THEN DO AFRICANS START TO THROW RUBBER TIRES AROUND THEIR FELLOW AFRICANS, POUR GASOLINE ON THOSE THEY PERCEIVE AS IMMIGRANTS AND SET THEM ON FIRE WHEN THE VERY ROOT CAUSES OF AFRICAN PROBLEMS EMANATE DIRECTLY FROM EUROPEAN ACTIONS OVER TIME? SO WHY SYSTEMICALLY AVOID THE PERPETRATORS AND INSTEAD TAKE OUT YOUR FRUSTRATION ON THOSE VULNERABLE THAT LOOK LIKE YOU WHEN THOSE THAT LOOK LIKE YOU ARE NOT THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS YOU PERCEIVE TO BE HAVING?

A very sad phenomenon and a legacy of the well indoctrinated divide and rule (self-hate psyop) that was masterminded/inflicted by European descendants for centuries. Unfortunately, those in positions of power, authority and leadership in Africa seemed to lack a genuine understanding of their peoples devastation’s/legacies and seem to have learnt very little from their OWN peoples history. A phenomena that has been seen repeatedly from South Africa to West Africa in the past 60 years.

Africans, YOU ALL need to STOP and THINK and look in the mirror and ask yourself What the Heck are we doing? WHY do I find hating my OWN kind as the ONLY seemingly pacifying solution to the many woes that OTHERS have perpetrated on us?

It STARTS WITH YOU THE INDIVIDUAL. So the big question here is HOW DO WE GET OUR heavily brainwashed people globally to STOP hating on each other let alone setting each other on fire (as in the cases of Africa mainland) or shooting one another as often seen in the Diaspora. YOU are the younger GENERATION it is your task to find practical solutions to these legacy problems…So START THINKING and figure out lasting ways to STOP this mental and emotional inherited inadequacy of being that seems to afflict our kind!

Nothing irritates a person more then repeatedly hearing the word “SORRY” as by that time the damage has often been done with some one having to either absorb that damage or be terribly impacted by it. The number of times I personally had to “absorb” other peoples foolish “sorry” is alone disturbing that it has forced me to wonder why is it that so many people fail to “think and Analyze” prior to acting or running their mouth? No one is perfect, and we all make mistakes BUT repeating/doing something over and over again is NOT a mistake that is a bad habit. Thus, surely there is a way to help the majority habituate prevention as a daily strategy rather than wait/hope upon a possible cure for things?

WITHIN 1989/90 I WAS DOING A POST-GRADUATE STUDY IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AT WEBSTER UNIVERSITY IN THEIR LEIDEN BRANCH. NOW IN ONE CLASS THERE WAS A GENTLEMAN BY NAME TULA WHO I WAS INFORMED HAD BEEN A MEMBER OF THE ANC AND HAD RUN TO THE NETHERLANDS FOR POLITICAL ASYLUM. NOW ONE DAY IN CLASS, TO MY BEWILDERMENT, I WAS ASKED BY A “WHITE” SOUTH AFRICAN FEMALE CLASS MATE WHOM TULA SEEMED TO BE VERY CLOSE WITH (AS HE REFUSED TO EVEN SAY HELLO TO MY HELLO BUT WAS ALWAYS EAGER TO BE SEEN WITH THIS FEMALE STUDENT IN THE CLASS) THE FOLLOWING (I QUOTE:) “…Do YOU KNOW WHY TULA HATES YOU? ….” BLOWN AWAY I RESPONDED “EH!…HATES “ME” NO WHY? AND SHE SMILED AND ANSWERED (I QUOTE:) “….BECAUSE HE FEELS “YOU” HAVE NOT SUFFERED….” WOW! I EXCLAIMED AND ASKED (I QUOTE:) “….AND TULA ACTUALLY TOLD “YOU” THIS IS WHY HE HATES ME?…”:WARMLY SMILING SHE NODDED HER HEAD AND SAID (I QUOTE:) “….YES!”. THUS, MY QUESTION TO THE COMMUNITY IS “WHY” WOULD TULA, SOMEONE LIKE MYSELF FROM SOUTH AFRICA, SEE IT BEFITTING TO “HATE” ME A PERSON HE HARDLY KNEW, BEYOND SEEING ME IN A CLASSROOM SETTING, WHEN I WAS NOT THE ONE THAT “TORTURED” HIM (AS LOOKING AT HIS NUMEROUS FACIAL SCARS HE WAS A GENUINE VICTIM OF TORTURE AND NOT SOME ECONOMIC REFUGEE)…IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE THAT COULD HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS DISTORTED SELF-HATE KNEE-GRO DEPRECIATED MINDSET I WOULD APPRECIATE IT!

This is a TRUE STORY and one that stayed in my mind for decades as I had hoped one day outside of class to meet this fool called TULA and ask him WHY he would see it beneficial to HATE his OWN KIND (worse still to even “discuss” it with some “white” South African girl whose parents had also “left” South Africa at the time of conflict in comfort and where living in a comfortable house in their new found country while he (Tula) was dumped in a dead-beat one room squat as a refugee) while doing his utmost to be “near” and “Liked” by the very same people who tortured him while intensely “Hating ME” simply because those who labelled themselves as “white” tortured him and they did not TORTURE ME in his distorted mind?

Sadly, semester ended and because I never wanted to cause a scene in class (as the last thing that I ever want is to be seen in dispute with my own kind giving “other” the opportunity for morbid joy) I never got the moment in time alone to meet this TULA fella beyond in the class where often he sat his distance as I certainly would have loved to know what makes a man degenerate to this low level of SELF-HATE. anyway, I do hope some one in this community can provide an answer befitting (beyond regurgitated text-book stuff) so I can find some solace to this sheer human stupidity!
