Support Policy
Support requests for Our Web Hosting Service are primarily handled via email to webhosting@lusquan.com during business hours as well as by scheduling a video conference via our booking tool. We endeavor to respond to customer requests within 48-96 hours, and full resolution time may vary based on the issue and capacity.
Our help desk is human operated so please contact the Help Desk for site support outside of business hours and for emergencies.
Our web back-end team do maintain a 24 x7 round-robin Network Operations, which monitors various servers/services.
Our servers/services have monitoring in place and the the back-end team will call our front-end web hosting support team if there is a known outage from our service. However, off-hours support for almost all web services is considered “best effort”. When front-end support team members may receive a call from the back-end team after hours many will take the call but are not obligated to do so.
